Coming from far away and having lived in several different countries, Daniela knows how it is to find a home in Mexico! She grew up in Stockholm, Sweden and as far as she remembers she was always drawn to different languages and cultures. Her academic background is in Hispanic Philology, and she has a major in Spanish.

After living and studying in France, Spain and Mexico, she moved to Mexico in 2005. What was planned to be a few years stay, easily evolved into her forever home She deepened her training in international studies as an employee for the Swedish Embassy in Mexico City for many years, where she enjoyed combining her love for Mexico with the appreciation for her home country.

Daniela’s empathic nature, professionalism, and hardworking character lead her to take on many roles, from Public Relations and office administration to event coordination and marketing, and after a training program in Stockholm, she also worked with consular affairs.

As a San Miguel resident since 2012, she is knowledgeable and passionate about what San Miguel de Allende has to offer, and she loves being part of its unique and friendly community!  Before becoming involved in Real Estate, Daniela was the Administrative Director of the prestigious international music organization, Festival de Música de Cámara de San Miguel de Allende, and is currently involved with the non-profit organization Ópera de San Miguel. She is dynamic and moves easily between worlds! She also founded a catering business. Daniela is passionate about music, arts, and literature. Ecology, sustainability, mindfulness, and neuroscience are also among her main interests, and... she loves to sing!

 Daniela’s experience in the real estate industry began as a real estate assistant, working herself up. She knows the complexity involved in any house sale, from beginning to end, and is comfortable juggling many different tasks.
